Problems to solve
No branding and no identity of the product, which leads to lack of recognition. Reduced trust - without branding, consumers may be skeptical about the product's quality, origin and authenticity. Poor percieved value. Complex and difficult to explain product. No website to showcase and sell.
Creat Brand identity by definyning the colors, typography, visual language, logo variations and overall design of the product, that distinguish it from competitors. Create a website that showcase the product.
In this phase I made a User Research, created Personas, Competitors analysis and determined the Target audience.
I started with analysing all the competitors of GreyCat and created a Competitive Analysis in order to compare their branding, which included - logo, color scheme, typography, imagery language. Regarding the website, besides the branding, I compared with competitors: the website design, offered features and services on their website, pricing and free trials and anything additional they might offer.
With no existing user base, there was a lack of data for analysis in the product. To address this, I crafted personas to define user needs and challenges. These personas enhance empathy by offering a deep insight into user emotions and requirements. Serving as guiding principles, personas direct design decisions and prioritize features, maintaining a user-centric focus.
After all the information we’ve gathered, together with the team we discussed possible solutions and scenarios. I created a storyboard to develop visual narratives that illustrate how users might interact with a product or service.
I also created low fidelity mockups to visualize the concept before continuing to the final design.
Working on this project was a bit of challenge for me, since I didn't know much about this industry previously. Which on one side was good, because I could put myself in the shoes of the users that are no faimiliar with No-Code AI technologies.
